Zambia two rivers on foot in 8 days (7 nights)
Two river valleys with one flight between them, four nights then three. The Lower Zambezi comes first, from a camp on the riverbank: floodplain walks, canoe stretches, boat runs and tiger fishing for anyone who wants a rod. Then a short hop east to South Luangwa, where the walking safari was developed and most camps still build the day around it. Two stops in seven nights means bags are unpacked twice, and mornings start with an activity rather than a transfer to an airstrip.
The route, stop by stop
1. Lower Zambezi, Zambia · 4 nights
Four nights lets the shape of the day change: walking one morning, canoeing the next, a boat cruise or a rod in the afternoon, all from one riverside camp.

2. Luangwa, Zambia · 3 nights
Three nights covers two full mornings on foot plus a night drive, in a valley where guides work on foot as routine rather than as an add-on.
