Airflow Stay is a direct booking platform that connects guests with property owners and managers. By using airflowstay.com, you agree to these terms.

For Guests

When you book a property through Airflow Stay, you enter into a booking agreement directly with the property owner. Airflow facilitates the connection and payment processing but is not a party to your rental agreement.

For Hosts

Property owners list their properties via the Airflow Portal (account.airflowhq.com). Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability calendars, and compliance with local regulations.

Platform Fees

Airflow charges a service fee on each booking. The fee varies based on the booking channel and is disclosed before booking confirmation.
