Namibia's Etosha, Damaraland rock art and colonial Swakopmund in 8 days (7 nights)
A northern Namibia loop that mixes wildlife with history. The first day is a long drive from Windhoek to Etosha, where three nights move between rest camps, including one built around an old German fort, and on to Halali. The route then crosses Damaraland to Khorixas for two nights, with the Twyfelfontein rock engravings and a day out towards Palmwag to look for desert-adapted elephants. The last two nights are in Swakopmund on the coast, with time for the old town or a Living Desert tour.
