Khwai short safari in 4 days (3 nights)
A single-base break on the eastern edge of the Okavango. The trip drives from Maun to Khwai village and spends all three nights at one guest house bordering the Khwai community concession and Moremi Game Reserve. Days follow the usual safari pattern: a morning drive, a rest at midday, then an afternoon outing. Night drives, a mokoro trip on the channels and a walk through the village are possible alternatives. Nothing gets packed and moved mid-trip, which makes it a good first short safari.
