This trip pairs two herding cultures with the Swahili coast. It starts with a night in a tented camp inside Nairobi National Park. Next comes the dry north at Samburu, where Samburu guides lead walks and there is a village visit. Three nights in Mara conservancies follow, with Maasai guides on game drives and tracking walks. The last three nights are on Lamu, reached by flying through Nairobi. Each stop is two or three nights, so you move regularly but do not pack every day.
