Johannesburg and Pilanesberg short break in 4 days (3 nights)
One night in Johannesburg for a guided visit to Soweto, then a road transfer to Pilanesberg, a malaria-free Big Five reserve set in an old volcanic crater. Two nights at a lodge there allow a late-afternoon drive on arrival, a full day with morning and evening drives, and a sunrise drive before the return to the city. There are no flights after arrival and only one road transfer each way.
