Bwindi gorilla fly-in in 4 days (3 nights)

A fly-in stay in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest that avoids the long road journey from Kampala. A light aircraft from Entebbe lands at a nearby airstrip, and a short drive leads to a lodge near a trekking trailhead. One day goes to the gorilla trek, which can take anywhere from a short walk to most of a day before the hour with the family. The rest of the stay suits forest walks, birding or a visit to a Batwa community. Nights in Entebbe before and after are not included.
